Thank you Anime Los Angeles and especially to those who stopped by and said hi/bought art from me! I'm incredibly glad that people that I've met last year stopped by (and yes, I do remember you guys).
I did a lot better than last year, which is saying a lot since last year was my best year. Thank you guys! You're bringing me one step closer to my goal

Now, let's see about this con's AA in general. I actually received a lot of questions about ALA's Artist Alley so I might as well answer that:
PROS:
It's a nicely sized con. Not as huge as AX, which took me
days to find friends who were selling (some, I never found at all) Not as small as now defunct MikomiCon, where the con is not as well known. It's a nice, medium sized con with ample competition but not as much competition as something huge like AX. I say it's a perfect convention for first-time sellers
WE HAD WATER THIS YEAR. It may be unimportant to some but I am always thirsty so this was a huge plus for me ;u;
We had a nice, big room this year. It was really nice, I admit. Unfortunately the cons of that outweighed it

Incredibly nice staff. They checked in on us, asked if we were all right, and even said good morning to us

Out of all the AA staff I've seen, they had to be one of the nicest I've met. I've seen the email that listed suggestions for next year's AA and saw "Churro Stand." I wholeheartedly approve of this idea.
My neighbors were incredibly nice too. My one huge regret was that I never asked the artist to my left to share her art tips with me

Then again, she was incredibly busy most of the time.

was a fantastic table buddy and I

her very much :]
CONS:
SHITTY WI-FI. Made commissions a complete nightmare! It's a good thing I know the guy on campus, so I can give him that commission once the semester begins ;A; I couldn't even check up on Bloodbath 2011 and my precious CAPTALIA family. I'm glad people stopped by and gave me updates (oh man, I love you all ;A; )
We were so far from the con. We were actually a floor away from everything else (Dealer's Hall, panels, etc.) I appreciate the nicer, bigger room but at what cost?
Not enough space behind the tables. The artist behind me dropped a lot of things and I became paranoid that I would step on something of hers. The artists on my sides also struggled with the space, it's a miracle the one to my left worked on commissions with that little space.....
Overall, I loved the con ;u;
